This weeks cartoon is a tribute to my wonderful father-in-law, Joe Dwan, a wonderful man and proper old school cartoonist (i.e. regularly published and paid!). If it wasn’t for his enthusiastic encouragement over the years Mikka would have never happened. I could not have been more welcomed into a family and he will be very much missed by all who knew him and his work.
